How long after purchase am I able to download the products purchased?
Once payment is received, digital files will be made available for download in your account, and an email will be sent to your Etsy registered email address. We hope this doesn't take too long and do check your 'junk' mail folder on the chance the email was automatically moved there.
How do I download the purchased products.
The download method is dependent on if you have an Etsy account or not:
1. Have an Etsy Account - Ensure you sign into your account before checking out. After you have purchased the planners, your downloads will appear in the Downloads page in your account.
2. Purchasing as a guest - An email will be sent to you after the purchase outlining the steps required so please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

What sizes fo the planners come in?
The planners are available in 8.5x11 inch (US Letter Size), A4 and A5. You get all 3 sizes when you place an order as a digital download, even with our bundles, so you are free to select what size you would like to use, or even use a different size at a later date.
Do you offer customization?
It depends on the product and the extent of works. Do not hesitate to get in contact and I will see what I can do :).
